Agents like Customer onboarding with KYC and AML, RevOps Brief for corporate area, DORA Incident Reporter.
Open the industry →Polyant is a cross-industry platform, but the way agent squads are designed changes from industry to industry. Each page describes how Polyant enters the company within that regulatory and operational context.
Every industry has its own regulators, its own management systems, its own operational rhythms. A squad of agents that works in claims handling does not work in a manufacturing production department without deep recalibration. For this reason the eight industry pages are not graphical variants of the same template: they are eight different narratives.
The criteria that change from industry to industry:

The same Polyant product is told from two axes: by industry of market (this page) and by business area. A manufacturing company with sales, marketing, IT and compliance teams composes four agent squads, one per area, under the same governance.
The parallel map: sales, marketing, service, operations, IT, compliance. Six agent squads calibrated to the rhythm of work of each team.
The full list of agents already built, organised by business area and industry. Composable squads under the same governance.
Eight broad industry groupings: Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Energy & Utility, Manufacturing & Supply Chain, Retail & Consumer Goods, Telco & Media, Logistics & Transportation. Each industry has a dedicated page with the typical squad, the integrations with the industry's systems, and the Exelab delivery pattern.
Four dimensions change: regulatory constraints (DORA for banking, IDD for insurance, MDR for healthcare, NIS2 for energy and telco, GDPR cross-industry, AI Act for high-risk systems); typical management systems (core banking, claims management, EHR, MES, utility billing); operational rhythms (24/7 shifts in healthcare and telco, monthly close in retail, seasonal peaks in logistics); the customer's value chain.
Adjacent industries like public administration, real estate, education, professional services enter a qualified conversation. The typical squad gets composed case by case from the agent catalog and the systems of the specific customer. Talk to the team on /contact.
The typical pattern for the first agent in production is 4-8 weeks. For a coordinated squad of 4-5 agents calibrated to the industry, the estimate goes up to 8-12 weeks. For squads with more articulated regulatory constraints (banking onboarding, insurance claims, healthcare clinical) it ranges from 12 to 22 weeks. The effective duration is defined in discovery on the real case.
The squad combines horizontal agents (valid across industries) and vertical ones (calibrated to the specific industry). For a banking onboarding, KYC Verifier checks documents and biometrics, AML Screening checks watchlists, Compliance Scan intercepts regulated clauses in outgoing emails. Same instance configuration, same audit registry. For the full catalog see /agents.
