Build & ship

2-3 weeks of discovery with the customer's team. 6-10 weeks of build with a full-stack Exelab team that builds the first agent or the first governed agent squad in production. Hand-off to the customer's operations team with runbook, audit prep and training. Output: agent in production, operational documentation, integration with the customer's systems.

Two models. In Advisory, Exelab works alongside the internal team and prepares them to continue independently. Build & ship is built with the Exelab team and includes a documented hand-off to the internal team at go-live. The choice depends on the technical maturity of the customer's team and the moment of the decision.
