Schedule Optimizer receives the event, re-reads the production plan constraints (shifts, available lines, customer orders with SLA, material dependencies) and proposes three weekly re-planning scenarios with estimated impact on customer deliveries and overtime costs. The planning lead picks the scenario with the lowest customer impact, and the agent updates calendars, shifts, and linked orders in the management system.

A corporate customer onboarding is passing from department to department: legal, security, IT, finance. Workflow Coordinator monitors the steps and recognises that the security validation has been stalled 48 hours beyond the agreed time threshold. It notifies the head of security in their Slack channel of the pending record with a direct link, copying the onboarding lead. If there is no response within four hours, the escalation rises to the operations director according to the defined matrix.

ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, proprietary systems) are integrated via delivery by the Exelab team. The logic is the same throughout: the agent talks to the system through the APIs.
