TERMS OF USE · LAST UPDATED 2026-05-24

Conditions of access to the site.

These conditions govern access to and use of polyant.ai. They are distinct from the B2B contractual terms that Exelab S.r.l. signs with customers for the supply of commercial services on Polyant: for those, see the specific contract provided during the commercial process.

01 SCOPE

What these terms cover.

These terms of use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the polyant.ai site ("Site") by anyone who accesses it ("User"). Accessing the Site implies the full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms cover the polyant.ai site only. The conditions governing the supply of Polyant services and software to business customers are set out in specific contractual agreements between Exelab S.r.l. and individual customers, and are not covered by this document.

02 SITE OPERATOR

Who runs polyant.ai.

The polyant.ai site is operated by Exelab S.r.l., with registered office in Rome, Italy. Polyant is an Exelab product. For general enquiries: [email protected]. For reports of security vulnerabilities related to the site or the software: [email protected].

03 USE OF THE SITE

How the Site may be used.

The User accesses polyant.ai for informational purposes about Polyant, the related services offered by Exelab, and editorial content published on the Site. The User undertakes to use the Site in compliance with applicable laws and not to:

  • perform any action that could compromise the security, integrity or availability of the Site or connected systems (e.g. unauthorised vulnerability scans, denial of service, mass scraping that does not respect robots.txt);
  • attempt to access sections of the Site not intended for the public (e.g. admin interfaces, non-public API routes);
  • use Site content in ways that may create confusion about its origin, improperly claim authorship, or infringe the intellectual property rights of Exelab or third parties;
  • upload or transmit unlawful, harmful or misleading content through any forms or interaction interfaces present on the Site.

Exelab reserves the right to block access to the Site for Users who breach these Terms, without prejudice to any other legal action available in defence of its rights.

04 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Site content and trademarks.

All content published on polyant.ai (text, images, video, graphics, front-end source code, design system elements) is owned by Exelab S.r.l. or by third parties that have granted Exelab the relevant rights of use. It is protected by Italian and European law on copyright, trademarks and industrial property.

The Polyant and Exelab trademarks, together with their associated logos and distinctive graphic elements, are the exclusive property of Exelab S.r.l.

The Polyant source code is released under the AGPLv3 licence on the public GitHub repository: the terms of the AGPL apply in full to the use, modification and redistribution of the OSS code. The AGPL licence does not extend to the polyant.ai site (this Site), which remains protected by standard copyright.

The User may consult and share links to Site content. To reproduce entire articles or substantial sections of the Site for editorial purposes (quotations in articles, white papers, presentations), please cite the source (e.g. "source: polyant.ai") and refrain from altering the content in ways that change its meaning.

05 EXTERNAL LINKS

Links to third-party sites.

polyant.ai contains links to sites operated by third parties (e.g. LinkedIn profiles, GitHub repositories, editorial articles, partner sites, vendor documentation). Exelab does not control the content of third-party sites and is not responsible for it. Access to third-party sites is at the User's discretion and under their own responsibility.

Links to polyant.ai from other sources are welcome, provided they are not placed in contexts that could create confusion about origin or improperly associate Polyant and Exelab with third-party content.

06 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Limits of liability.

The content of polyant.ai is informational and descriptive in nature. Exelab takes reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of the content but does not warrant that it is always complete, up to date or free of errors. Purchasing decisions or commercial evaluations of Polyant must be based on the specific contractual materials shared during the commercial process, not on the public pages of the Site.

Exelab is not liable for any interruptions, unavailability or malfunction of the Site due to technical causes, scheduled maintenance, or events outside its reasonable control (e.g. failure of the hosting provider Render, third-party attacks).

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Exelab is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit or loss of opportunity arising from the User's use of the Site.

Nothing in these Terms limits Exelab's liability in cases where such limitation is not permitted by law (wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury).

07 CHANGES

Changes to the Site and to these Terms.

Exelab reserves the right to modify the content of polyant.ai, the organisation of pages, the available functionality and these Terms at any time. The current version of the Terms is always available at polyant.ai/terms, with the date of the last update indicated.

Material changes to the Terms are signalled with a visible notice on the Site before they take effect.

08 GOVERNING LAW

Applicable law and jurisdiction.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation, performance or validity of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome, save for any different mandatory provision of law (e.g. special consumer venues where applicable).
